Yes. In Minecraft Bedrock, you can get Haste II with a fully powered beacon: build a four-level pyramid, select Haste as the primary effect, then select the Level II upgrade. If cheats are enabled, you can also apply it with a command.
Get Haste II with a beacon
For normal survival play without commands, use a beacon on a complete four-level pyramid. The four-level structure unlocks the option to upgrade the beacon’s primary effect to Level II.

Apply Haste II with a command
If cheats are enabled in the world, enter:
/effect @s haste 60 1
@stargets yourself.60sets the duration to 60 seconds.1is the amplifier. Amplifiers are zero-based, so 1 produces the second tier, Haste II.
Bedrock’s effect command requires cheats. Its syntax is /effect <player: target> <effect: effect> [seconds: int] [amplifier: int] [hideParticles: Boolean], and Microsoft lists haste as a valid effect: Microsoft command reference and Microsoft effect values. For the command’s amplifier convention and examples, see the command reference.
Which method should you use?
| Method | Cheats required | What you need | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Beacon | No | Complete four-level pyramid; choose Haste and its Level II upgrade | Not stated in the cited beacon reference |
| Command | Yes | Enter /effect @s haste 60 1 |
60 seconds for this command example |
The beacon route is the option for ordinary gameplay; use the command when cheats are available and you want a timed effect.
