Yes, it may be possible. If you can’t access the email linked to your Supercell ID, Supercell says you can contact Support and ask to change the email after it verifies that you own the account. Recovery is not guaranteed; Support decides whether the information you provide is enough.
How to contact Clash Royale Support
- If you can open Clash Royale: Go to Settings > Help and Support, then tap the contact button in the top-right corner. Supercell’s Clash Royale recovery instructions describe this route.
- If you can’t log in: Open the official Clash Royale contact form and choose Continue without logging in.
- Tell Support that the email connected to your Supercell ID is inaccessible and that you want to recover the account or change its linked email. Share the account details you can provide so Support can assess ownership.
What information to gather
Before contacting Support, collect the details that may help identify the account:

- Your Player ID or Player Tag
- The account name and level
- Your current clan name, if applicable
- Transaction IDs for purchases made on the account
A Player Tag can help Support locate the account, but it does not prove ownership by itself. If you don’t know the tag, Supercell says you may be able to find it by asking an in-game friend to view the lost account, checking the friends list on another account, or looking in a shared clan. Recovery options: Support details or Account Protection
The available verification route depends partly on whether you enabled Account Protection before losing access. These options are not interchangeable guarantees: Support must still assess the recovery request.

Supercell Support reviews the information and decides whether it can verify ownership. Its published guidance does not promise a recovery time or outcome, or list every question Support may ask. Provide accurate details and wait for Support’s response rather than relying on an advertised recovery guarantee.

Protect your account during recovery
Use official Supercell Support, not a paid recovery service or a third-party site promising to restore the account. Supercell’s Parent’s Guide warns that third-party sites offering game items or unusually good deals may collect information or money and put accounts at risk. Never share verification or Recovery Codes with anyone other than Supercell Support.
