Yes—assuming you mean Griffin (Reincarnation) in Anime Adventures, its damage buff stacks with other buff units. The Anime Adventures Wiki describes the stacking as additive, though this is community-wiki documentation rather than an official confirmation of current live-game behavior.
Which Griffin does this refer to?
This answer assumes “Griffin” means Griffin (Reincarnation), the support form of Griffin in Anime Adventures. The Griffin page gives the unit’s evolution context, while the Griffin (Reincarnation) page lists its buff and compatible partners.
Which buffs can stack with Griffin?
The wiki lists Griffin (Reincarnation)’s damage buff as compatible with buffs from Commander, Wind Dragon, Elfy (Sylph), Blossom, Skeleton (Soul King), and Idol (Star). It characterizes the damage-buff interaction as additive.
What changed with Update 17?
The Griffin (Ascension) page says that, before Update 17, Griffin’s reincarnation form stacked multiplicatively with Commander, Wind Dragon, and Elfy (Sylph), and that the interaction was changed. The wiki describes the current relationship as additive; it does not establish that every combination of buffs follows one universal damage formula.

How does the bleed example work?
The wiki’s Effects page gives a specific illustration: a 100% buff from Commander, Wind Dragon, or Griffin (Ascension)’s buff form doubles the percentage of additional bleed damage; stacking two such buffs triples that percentage. This example concerns bleed damage only, so it should not be used as a general calculator for all units or damage types.
How certain is the current behavior?
The buff relationships and Update 17 history come from the Anime Adventures community wiki, not an official developer statement. No direct gameplay test or official confirmation of the current live-game behavior is available here, so treat the details as wiki-documented mechanics rather than independently verified current results.
