No. Rockstar does not support transferring a GTA Online profile from PS5—or another PlayStation or Xbox console—to PC. Buying or linking the PC version will not bring your PS5 character or progress with it.
What Rockstar supports
Rockstar explicitly excludes migration from PlayStation and Xbox console families to PC. Its supported console-generation transfer is a different route: eligible profiles can move from PS4 or Xbox One to PS5 or Xbox Series X|S. Why a shared Rockstar account does not transfer your PS5 character
Linking a Rockstar Games account can connect PC storefront versions for shared PC progress, but it does not override Rockstar’s console-to-PC restriction. Console Story Mode and Online character progress is tied to the PlayStation Network ID or Xbox Gamertag. Rockstar warns that unlinking or linking a different console account can cause loss of that console progress; account relinking is not a workaround. See Rockstar’s account-unlinking guidance.
What to expect if you install GTA V on PC
You can play the PC version, but you should expect to start separately rather than continue your PS5 GTA Online character or import PS5 Story Mode saves. If you already have progress on PC, Rockstar documents PC-specific sharing between supported storefront versions linked to the same Rockstar account, as well as migration from GTAV Legacy to GTAV Enhanced within PC.

Could a PS4-to-PS5 transfer or PC edition migration help?
No. The PS4/Xbox One migration instructions cover moving an eligible profile onto PS5 or Xbox Series X|S, and explicitly state that progress cannot be migrated between those older console platforms and PC. The Legacy-to-Enhanced procedure is for a profile already on PC. Neither procedure enables PS5-to-PC migration. Rockstar also lists suspension or ban status and illegitimate or insufficient progress as possible eligibility issues for the supported console migration; those rules do not change the separate PC restriction.
