The £1-a-month-for-six-months Clash of Clans Gold Pass offer appears to be a historical Google Play Pass promotion discussed by players in 2023—not a deal currently confirmed by Google or Supercell. Google says Play Pass offers can vary by account and country, but its current offer page does not list this promotion. Check your own Google Play account before relying on it.
What was the £1 Gold Pass offer?
A player discussion from 2023 described getting the Clash of Clans Gold Pass for £1 per month for six months. That post is the only source available here for the exact claim; it is not an official record of the promotion. The dates, eligible UK accounts, renewal price, cancellation rules and whether the offer worked with passes already in inventory are not established. The 2023 community post should therefore be treated as evidence that players discussed the offer, not proof that it remains redeemable or that its terms are known.
Is the offer still available through Google Play Pass?
Google describes Play Pass offers on selected games, including discounts or deals on in-game items, and says redemption must use Google Play billing. Its current page does not identify the £1 six-month Clash of Clans offer. Google also cautions that “Offers may vary by account and country.” That means a general Play Pass description cannot establish that this specific promotion is available to a UK account today. Check Google Play Pass for the offer shown on your own account and read the checkout details before subscribing or redeeming.
If an offer appears, confirm the benefit is the Gold Pass itself rather than a discount or credit, and check the offer period, any renewal amount, cancellation terms and billing route on the checkout screen. Those terms cannot be inferred from the 2023 post.

How to buy a Gold Pass from Supercell
Supercell sells Gold Passes through its Store. A Store purchase is delivered to the game account linked to the Supercell ID used to buy it. Passes can be kept in inventory and activated later; Supercell lists a maximum inventory of eight passes. Check the linked account carefully before paying. Visit the Clash of Clans Store or consult Supercell’s Gold Pass purchase guidance for current details.
Supercell’s support information says Town Hall 7 or higher is required to purchase a pass, while a September 2026 game update says Gold Pass and Season Challenges are available at Town Hall 3. Because those official sources conflict, verify eligibility in the live game or Store purchase flow rather than relying on either threshold alone. See the September 2026 update.

What does the Gold Pass include?
Supercell’s current Gold Pass listing describes a Hero skin, Magic Items, builder and research boosts, special perks, and an increased Hoggy Bank payout. The listing is the place to check what the pass offers in the current season; the 2023 promotion discussion does not establish which season’s rewards or benefits applied. See Supercell’s Gold Pass information.
Can a Store purchase earn Stamp Card rewards?
Supercell says Gold Pass purchases made through its Store earn Stamp Card stamps. A reward is available after six stamps, and stamps expire 12 months after the most recent pass purchase or Stamp Card reward claim. These Store Stamp Card terms are separate from the unverified historical Google Play Pass offer. Read Supercell’s Stamp Card guidance.

The £1 claim is specific to a historical discussion about a UK-priced offer; it should not be treated as a price available in other countries. Supercell announced a global pricing rollout in more than 100 countries in 2025 and said local prices may differ and can change after review. Its stated approach was: “We will continue to review our pricing regularly to ensure it remains appropriate for different markets.” Read Supercell’s global pricing announcement.
