Concrete Genie is listed as a PS4 game. PlayStation says it is playable on PS5, while warning that some PS4 features may be absent and that a system software update may be required; check the PlayStation PS5 backward compatibility information for details.
The game also includes two optional PlayStation VR modes. Those modes require PlayStation VR and PlayStation Camera, according to the official PlayStation page; they are separate from the core painting adventure. If buying a copy, confirm the edition and seller condition. Current stock and prices have not been verified. PlayStation Malaysia lists a digital soundtrack and digital art book with the Digital Deluxe Edition, but those digital inclusions are not physical extras.
