Best general build for Eternal Sugar Cookie
Eternal Sugar Cookie is a middle-position Beast Bomber whose skill combines damage with healing, a shield, immunity, control effects and debuffs. Her Cotton Candy Angels also contribute buffs for allies and debuffs for enemies. That mix supports a damage-led setup that still pays attention to skill availability and survival.
- Toppings: Five Indolent Raspberry resonant toppings, or five Searing Raspberry normal toppings.
- Main priority: ATK.
- Useful substats: Cooldown and DMG Resist.
- Tart: Searing Raspberry Tart.
- Beascuit: Tainted Poisonous Spicy Beascuit or regular Legendary Spicy Beascuit; look for ATK and Cooldown, with Poison DMG and DMG Resist Bypass as useful additional stats.
This is the practical starting point recommended by Pocket Gamer’s Eternal Sugar Cookie toppings and Beascuits guide. The author, Cristina Mesesan, sums up its topping priorities: “She needs a lot of ATK, but also some DMG Resist (to survive) and preferably some Cooldown.”
How the cooldown-focused build differs
A second approach, from Mythras’s Eternal Sugar Cookie gear guide, also uses five Indolent Raspberry toppings but leans more heavily into cooldown and bypassing enemy defenses. It recommends a Legendary Poisonous Spicy Beascuit attuned to Poison DMG, with DMG Resist Bypass first, then Cooldown, then ATK. The guide gives an 18% Cooldown target; treat that as its recommendation, not a universal requirement or proven breakpoint.

These are different stat priorities from separate guides, not the results of a controlled performance comparison. Choose the damage-led setup as a balanced starting direction; use the second when you specifically want to follow its skill-cycle and bypass emphasis.
How to choose stats on your own pieces
- Keep ATK central if you want her damage to lead the build.
- Add Cooldown when more frequent skill use is your priority.
- Use DMG Resist as a survival-oriented substat, particularly if keeping her active matters more than squeezing out a narrower offensive stat.
- Consider Poison DMG and DMG Resist Bypass on the Beascuit, especially if you are following the cooldown-focused approach.
The cited guides do not establish one universally optimal substat mix, nor do they provide comparable win-rate or damage testing. Treat their priorities as build guidance rather than a guaranteed best-in-slot formula.

Why exact skill numbers can be misleading
Skill values are version-sensitive. Pocket Gamer lists Saccharine Breeze as dealing up to 14 hits over 3.5 seconds, with 25.1% damage per hit and a shield equal to 85% of Max HP for 10 seconds. The Cookie Run Wiki’s Eternal Sugar Cookie page displays differing values across skill sections and records a May 7, 2025 hotfix that changed a maximum-stack Guilt damage value from 696.2% to 734.9% of the attacker’s ATK. Check the current in-game skill description for the version you are playing before relying on precise percentages.
