Official storefronts describe Crime Boss: Rockay City as a first-person shooter built around heists, playable by one to four people. PlayStation specifically describes offline play with bots and four-player PvE co-op. That makes it an option for solo play as well as coordinated sessions with friends, though the storefront descriptions alone do not establish how the experience or difficulty compares across those modes.

The verified release details here are for PS5 and PC: PlayStation dates its release to June 15, 2023, while Steam lists the PC release as June 18, 2024. This does not establish current availability on every platform, in every region, or through subscription catalogs.
The official PlayStation Ultimate Edition listing says the package includes the base game and 12 DLC. That is the PlayStation listing’s description; it is not evidence that other stores or regions sell the same bundle. Check the live listing for the edition available to you and its included content before buying.
