What time did it become available?
No exact first-access time is established. A timeline of archived PlayStation UK posts records an availability announcement at 10:30 UTC on March 14. That supports saying PlayStation had announced the Warbond as deployed by then—not that it launched at precisely 10:30 UTC.
What did the Warbond include?
PlayStation described Cutting Edge as a set of experimental armor, weapons, capes, player cards, and emotes. Named weapons included the LAS-16 Sickle, SG-8P Punisher Plasma, ARC-12 Blitzer, G-23 Stun grenade, and LAS-7 Dagger. The announcement also described wires on the EX-03 Prototype 3 armor as carrying “400,000 volts”; this is fictional in-game flavor, not a real electrical specification.

The announcement said players needed the base game, Super Credits to purchase the Premium Warbond, and game progression. Once available, players could find it in the Destroyer’s Acquisitions panel. The Warbond’s rewards are unlocked by spending Medals, and PlayStation’s guide says an unlocked Warbond does not expire: PlayStation’s Warbonds guide.
