Woolhaven is the only paid Cult of the Lamb DLC required to pursue all currently listed Steam achievements. The nine DLC achievements are tied to the Woolhaven expansion, which requires the Steam base game. How many Cult of the Lamb achievements are there on Steam?
Steam currently lists 57 achievements for Cult of the Lamb: 48 classified as base-game achievements and nine classified as DLC achievements. Valve’s Steam listing supplied those figures in 2026, and they should be treated as a dated snapshot rather than a permanent total. A later patch or expansion could alter the number or classification.
The split matters because Steam can show a player as having completed every base-game achievement while still showing nine unearned DLC achievements. Conversely, a player who owns Woolhaven and completes its nine entries can reach the current 57-achievement total without purchasing every cosmetic or story add-on.

Which DLC adds the nine achievements?
Woolhaven is the relevant paid expansion. It was released on January 22, 2026, and its Steam listing states that the base game is required. The same description warns that “The content of this expansion is only accessible near completion of the base game,” so buying it does not mean its activities become available at the beginning of a new cult.
An independent Steam achievement tracker identifies the nine Woolhaven entries as Maker of Legends, The Prodigal Child, Eat the Rich, The Complete Collection, Woolhaven Reborn, Swing of the Axe, Killer Instinct, Rot No More and Respect Thy Mother. Steam confirms the existence of nine DLC achievements, while the tracker supplies these names; the names are therefore a useful checklist, not a claim that Valve’s public page exposes every title in the same place.
Owning Woolhaven only makes those achievements available. Each still has to be earned through the expansion’s activities, and the expansion’s late-game access requirement means a fresh save may need substantial base-game progress before the related objectives can be attempted.
Do I need the Cultist, Heretic or Sinful Packs?
No. Steam describes these as packs containing follower forms, clothing, fleeces or decorations rather than separate achievement-bearing expansions. They can change the appearance of a cult, but they are not required to complete the current 57-achievement Steam list.

Is the Sinful Pack the same as Sins of the Flesh?
No. The similarly named products are easy to confuse. The Sinful Pack is a paid cosmetic pack with no separate Steam achievement set, while Sins of the Flesh is a free named content update. You do not need to buy the Sinful Pack to access the free update’s gameplay or its associated base-game achievements.
Is the Pilgrim Pack required for 100% achievements?
No. The Pilgrim Pack is optional for Steam achievement completion. It adds story and interactive-comic content involving Jalala and Rinor, so describing it as merely a cosmetic pack would be inaccurate, but Steam does not list a separate Pilgrim achievement set.

There are two common alternatives to that meaning:
- Base-game completion: finishing the 48 entries Steam places in the base-game group. A player may regard this as completing the original game and its free updates while leaving Woolhaven achievements undone.
- Save-file or in-game completion: a percentage displayed inside the game. The Steam list does not establish every condition behind that percentage, so it should not be used as a substitute for the achievement count.

Buy Woolhaven if your target is every currently listed Steam achievement. The other paid packs can be skipped without sacrificing an achievement set. Woolhaven itself still requires the base game, so it is not a standalone substitute.
If you are starting from scratch
Steam lists a bundle that combines the base game and Woolhaven. A larger bundle also includes optional packs and a soundtrack. Compare the actual regional checkout totals and the contents shown at purchase time; a quoted bundle discount can change, and owning an optional pack does not reduce the number of Woolhaven achievements you must earn.
If you already bought cosmetic packs
Those purchases do not provide Woolhaven access. The achievement-relevant decision remains whether the Woolhaven expansion is present in your Steam library.
