No source available here verifies which Deadly Sins Retribution codes worked in April 2024. Later code lists cannot establish what was redeemable then, so there is no verified April 2024 list to give.
What the April 2024 code record shows

Pro Game Guides describes codes as offering spins for changing race or learning magic, stat resets, and experience boosts. But its accessible code page is marked updated March 31, 2025. That later snapshot does not verify which codes worked in April 2024, and it does not establish which codes work today. Read the guide’s code page.
Pocket Tactics’ search result says its page was updated October 25, 2024 and shows some of the same code examples. That is also later than April 2024, and the page itself was unavailable to verify. See the Pocket Tactics page.

Because neither source is contemporaneous with the requested month, codes listed on those pages should not be presented as confirmed April 2024 codes. Their later labels for working or expired codes describe those pages’ snapshots, not April 2024 status.
How to redeem a code
Pro Game Guides gives these steps for entering a code; the Roblox listing confirms the experience has a menu but does not document this redemption path.
