En móviles, como en PC, cumplir los requisitos mínimos no garantiza una experiencia fluida. Comprueba también el espacio libre que exige la ficha o el aviso de actualización vigente.
Qué revisar si no aparece o no termina la descarga
- No aparece en la tienda: comprueba la ficha de tu región y que estás usando la tienda de la plataforma correcta; la disponibilidad regional no queda especificada por una lista oficial consultada aquí.
- El dispositivo no es compatible: compara su sistema operativo, modelo, RAM y procesador con los requisitos publicados. No instales un APK de terceros para eludir una incompatibilidad como si fuera un método oficial.
