What does the hidden tracker measure?
Community investigators identify the variable NV_RobertMentorCounter, which they call the Robert Mentor Counter (RMC). Their analysis says it can change through certain dialogue decisions, hacking sequences, quick-time events (QTEs), and the results of Invisigal’s dispatch shifts. That means the finale is reportedly shaped by a season-long record, not just Robert’s last conversation with her.
There is some independent corroboration for the broad point. PC Gamer reported a statement from AdHoc support staff member Polly: “There was no glitch that caused Invisigal to always kill Shroud. Succeeding or failing as Invisigal’s mentor is not solely tied to the choices you make as Robert, but also the decisions you make as her dispatcher across the season’s shifts.” That supports the importance of dispatch decisions, but does not independently confirm every point value found by fans.
How many points are needed for Invisigal’s hero outcome?
The community game-file analysis reports that Invisigal’s hero outcome requires an RMC of 45 or more; below that, the reported branch is her villain outcome. The same investigators estimate story decisions, hacking, and QTEs can contribute at most 36 points. Taking the movie date and a subsequent dialogue option can raise that story-and-gameplay total to as much as 42, according to their breakdown.

Under that reported model, shift performance can supply points that are otherwise unavailable. The community analysis assigns these values during a shift:
- Successful Invisigal call: +1 point.
- Failed Invisigal call: −1 point.
- Hero Training for Invisigal: +5 points.
Fans say reaching the hero threshold is possible on a platonic route; romance is not required. These are community-reported mechanics and exact values, not an official AdHoc guide, and a game update could change them.

Dispatch is an AdHoc Studio superhero workplace comedy in which players manage a team and send heroes to emergencies.
