Yes, but only partially. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Ubisoft+ Classics, while PC Game Pass includes select Ubisoft Connect games on Windows. Neither subscription includes the complete Ubisoft+ Premium service.
Which Game Pass plans include Ubisoft games?
The answer depends on your Game Pass plan, platform, and the specific game. Xbox’s current U.S. comparison and catalog pages describe different Ubisoft benefits rather than one universal Game Pass entitlement.

Game Pass Ultimate includes Ubisoft+ Classics, which Xbox currently promotes as a catalog of 50+ Ubisoft games. This is a curated selection, not the complete Ubisoft+ service.

Ultimate therefore does not automatically provide:
- The full Ubisoft+ Premium catalog.
- Every new Ubisoft release on day one.
- Every premium, Gold, Deluxe, or Ultimate edition.
- Every expansion, season pass, or other add-on.
- Ubisoft+ Premium rewards or discounts.
A Ubisoft title can also enter the ordinary Game Pass library through a separate agreement. If that happens, it is a title-specific Game Pass inclusion—not proof that the entire Ubisoft catalog is included.
What does PC Game Pass include?
PC Game Pass and Ultimate members can access select Ubisoft Connect titles on Windows through the Xbox PC ecosystem. This benefit is also title-by-title and should not be confused with a full Ubisoft+ Premium subscription.
For PC Game Pass, you need a compatible Windows PC, the Xbox app, and Windows 10 or 11 version 22H2 or higher, according to Microsoft’s PC Game Pass requirements. Some games may launch through Ubisoft Connect, and a Ubisoft account or Ubisoft Connect installation may be required.
Recommended Free Tools
Before subscribing, open the Game Pass games catalog, search for the title, and check its platform, subscription badge, launcher information, and edition. A game available on Xbox console may not be available on PC, and a PC Ubisoft Connect title may not be available for console play or cloud streaming.
Does Game Pass Ultimate include Ubisoft+ Premium?
No. Ultimate includes the narrower Ubisoft+ Classics benefit. Ubisoft+ Premium remains a separate subscription. Ubisoft’s Xbox listing showed Ubisoft+ Premium at $17.99 per month during the August 2026 research period; prices can vary by country, tax, promotion, platform, and billing channel.

What does Ubisoft+ Premium add?
Ubisoft’s Xbox page currently promotes Ubisoft+ Premium with:
- 70+ Ubisoft games on Xbox.
- More than 100 games through Ubisoft Connect on PC.
- Selected new releases on day one.
- Premium, Gold, Deluxe, or Ultimate editions for selected games.
- Expansions, season passes, and additional content for selected titles.
- Monthly in-game rewards.
- 20% off games and downloadable content.
- 10% off virtual currency.
These are Ubisoft+ Premium benefits. Game Pass Ultimate subscribers do not automatically receive them through Ubisoft+ Classics.
Does Game Pass include new Ubisoft games on day one?
Do not assume it does. Ubisoft+ Premium advertises day-one access to selected new releases, but Game Pass Ultimate’s Ubisoft benefit is Ubisoft+ Classics—not full Ubisoft+ Premium.
A particular Ubisoft game could still join the regular Game Pass catalog through a separate deal. However, Game Pass does not generally guarantee day-one access to Ubisoft’s new releases. If day-one Ubisoft launches are your priority, Ubisoft+ Premium is the relevant subscription to investigate.
Are DLC and premium editions included?
Not automatically. Game Pass access to an individual Ubisoft game may provide only the base game. Ubisoft+ Premium supplies higher editions or additional content for selected titles, but Ubisoft’s listing warns that a premium edition may not include every piece of premium content.

Check the individual game page and edition name before subscribing or buying DLC. This matters especially if you already own a Standard Edition and are considering switching to a subscription-provided Deluxe or premium edition: Ubisoft warns that changing editions can affect save compatibility in some games.
How to check whether a specific Ubisoft game is included
- Open the Xbox Game Pass catalog.
- Search for the exact game.
- Check which subscription badge appears on the listing.
- Confirm whether the listing is for Xbox, Windows PC, cloud gaming, or more than one platform.
- Look for wording such as “Ubisoft Connect” and install or account requirements.
- Open the edition details and review DLC, expansions, season passes, and premium content separately.
- Confirm availability in your country before subscribing.
Catalogs change, so a game listed today may later leave the service, move between plans, or become unavailable in a particular region.
Do you keep Ubisoft games after canceling?
No. Subscription access is temporary. If a Game Pass title leaves the catalog or your Game Pass subscription ends, you need an active qualifying subscription to continue playing it unless you purchase or otherwise own the game.
The same applies to Ubisoft+ Premium: when the subscription ends, subscription games become unavailable unless you already own or purchase them, or resubscribe. Buying a game is different from accessing it through a subscription, although DLC and edition compatibility should still be checked before switching services.
Which subscription should you choose?
Choose Game Pass Ultimate if you want the wider Game Pass ecosystem
Ultimate makes sense if you already want the broader Game Pass library and would also use Ubisoft+ Classics. It is a poor fit if your main goal is every Ubisoft game, premium editions, or selected Ubisoft releases on day one.

Choose PC Game Pass if you primarily play on Windows
PC Game Pass is suitable when the specific Ubisoft Connect game you want is listed as included and you also want the wider PC Game Pass library. It is not the right choice if you expect the complete Ubisoft PC catalog or Ubisoft+ Premium benefits.
Choose Ubisoft+ Premium if Ubisoft is your main focus
Ubisoft+ Premium is the closer match for players who want the broadest Ubisoft selection, selected day-one releases, premium editions, additional content, rewards, and discounts. It is still a recurring subscription, so compare its current price with the cost of buying the games you actually plan to play.
Buy the individual game if you want permanent access
Buying a game may be better if you intend to play one title for a long time, dislike recurring billing, or want to keep playing after it leaves a subscription catalog. Check the official Ubisoft Store and your platform’s storefront for the current price and edition contents.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Existing Ubisoft+ subscribers on Xbox
Ubisoft says existing Ubisoft+ Premium subscribers can link their Xbox and Ubisoft accounts to access eligible Xbox games without paying for the same Ubisoft+ subscription again. Ubisoft+ PC Access subscribers must upgrade to Premium to play on Xbox.
This is a way to use an existing Ubisoft+ Premium subscription on Xbox. It does not convert Game Pass Ultimate into Ubisoft+ Premium.
