Yes—if you have a paid Roblox private server and want to keep it active, Roblox automatically charges its creator-set Robux price every month. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; you can keep using the server until the period you already paid for ends. A Roblox Plus benefit may also include a free private server, so check the current terms before buying one separately.
How monthly private-server charges work
Roblox says a paid private server has an initial charge followed by an automatic recurring charge on the same date each month. You do not need to manually renew it while the subscription remains active. The experience creator sets the price, so there is no single price that applies to every server. You can check the listed price and renewal date in the server configuration. Roblox’s Private / VIP Servers FAQ explains the billing terms.
What happens if you cancel or run out of Robux?
If you cancel
Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge. Cancellation does not immediately end access: you can use the server through the period already paid for. The configuration page shows its expiration date. Roblox Support describes this cancellation policy.
If your balance is too low on the renewal date
If your Robux balance cannot cover the charge, Roblox says the server expires and can no longer be used. You can purchase a new server later. The FAQ covers what happens when a renewal payment cannot be made.

Check whether Roblox Plus includes a private server
Roblox’s Roblox Plus support page describes a free-private-server benefit. Before purchasing a separate server, check the current Plus terms and whether the benefit applies to your account and the experience you want to use. The published information does not establish that this benefit replaces every separately purchased private server.
