Yes, Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition contains full-frontal nudity, according to Australia’s classification authority. That confirms nudity is in the game; it does not mean every scene or ordinary gameplay state displays full nudity.
What the Australian rating confirms
The Australian Classification record for Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition says: “The game contains full-frontal nudity depicting genital detail.” The record, dated 25 August 2023, assigns the edition an R18+ rating and lists high-impact themes, sex and violence. Does the censor setting remove nudity everywhere?
That cannot be established from the official information available here. CD PROJEKT RED’s support page documents accessibility features, but does not explain the nudity-censor setting’s precise scope. A secondary Patch 2.0 tutorial discusses enabling or disabling a censor toggle, but does not substantiate that disabling it reveals full nudity in every scene or ordinary gameplay state. Check the settings in your current game build rather than relying on a blanket promise about uncensored play. The official support article says Update 2.1 added an Accessibility tab, but it does not provide a specific path or explain what the nudity censor changes.

CD PROJEKT RED announced Update 2.0 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on 21 September 2023, describing it as a free update to the base game on those platforms. The Ultimate Edition includes the base game and the Phantom Liberty expansion. CD PROJEKT RED says its physical edition is available in select markets, not everywhere. Confirm platform compatibility and regional stock with the retailer; buying a particular edition does not establish different censor behavior.
