Apple-silicon Mac App Store option
Apple’s listing says the iPad version can run on a Mac with an Apple M1 chip or later and macOS 12 or later. However, Apple labels it “Designed for iPad” and “Not verified for macOS.” It should not be described as a fully native Mac game. Steam is the better default for Intel Macs and for anyone seeking the clearest desktop-supported route.

Yes. The official Steam and mobile descriptions state that Goose Goose Duck supports cross-platform play between PC, Mac, iOS and Android. The official FAQ says players can host a game and share a room code with friends, or join public matches.
That confirms cross-platform multiplayer, not necessarily shared progression, inventories, achievements or purchases between Steam, Google Play and Apple accounts. Those account and entitlement details should not be assumed.

Does Goose Goose Duck have voice chat?
Yes. Proximity voice chat is built into the game, so separate voice-chat software is not required according to the official FAQ. You still need a working microphone and operating-system permission for the game or platform to access it.
