EA SPORTS FC 26’s Ultimate Scream was a past Football Ultimate Team promotion announced on October 24, 2025. Its two Full Moon upgrade dates—November 5 and December 4, 2025—have passed. The upgrades permanently added player roles in two stages; a separate 99-rated attribute boost lasted only seven days.
How the Ultimate Scream Full Moon upgrades worked
EA tied the promo’s player-item upgrades to the Beaver Moon on November 5, 2025, and the Cold Moon on December 4, 2025. The two stages changed roles, while each full-moon date also triggered a temporary attribute boost.

|---|---|---|
| November 5, 2025 — Beaver Moon | Role+ was added. | A random main attribute received a 99 boost for seven days. |

EA described the role upgrades as permanent. Its official October 24, 2025 announcement in Spanish says, “Todas las mejoras serán permanentes” (“All upgrades will be permanent”); in context, that statement refers to the role changes, not the separate seven-day attribute boost. Ultimate Scream extended beyond player items. EA’s announcement listed six Halloween-themed puzzle SBCs, an End of an Era SBC, a World Tour SBC, Liga F Moeve and LALIGA EA SPORTS Player of the Month SBCs, Evolutions, cosmetic customization and themed live events.
One event, Screamers, counted goals scored from outside the box double. EA also described Ultimate Scream Rush events. These were in-game activities associated with the promotion, not additional player lists.
