Heritage and parent selections
The editor lets you revisit the heritage choices available in the character creator. These selections influence the character’s facial base and can produce a more substantial visual difference than changing a single slider.
Facial features
Use the facial-feature controls presented by the editor to alter the face of the existing character. The exact controls and labels are those currently displayed in your game; do not assume that a control absent from your version is available through another menu.
General appearance settings

Do not spend the appearance fee expecting a gender switch. If the character’s gender is the reason for starting over, the supported route is to create a separate GTA Online character. That gives you a new character slot and a new creation decision rather than altering the gender of the existing character.
