A boss Remembrance can be exchanged for alternative rewards. Before choosing, inspect both options and decide which one better fits your build; do not assume the first reward you see is the only sensible use. The game also provides a duplication mechanic at particular locations, subject to its rules, which can let you claim another option from a single Remembrance. Why this ranking excludes Shadow of the Erdtree
