Leyndell Catacombs branches off the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds beneath Leyndell. To find it, reach the large room with Crayfish south of the Underground Roadside Site of Grace, enter the catacombs, turn right, and descend the stairs to the dungeon’s Site of Grace. Its repeating rooms make navigation deceptive; use the loot list below as a checklist, not as a room-by-room route.
How to reach Leyndell Catacombs
- Enter the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds beneath Leyndell, Royal Capital.
- From the Underground Roadside Site of Grace, head south until you reach the large room containing Crayfish.
- Enter the catacombs, turn right, and go down the stairs to find the Leyndell Catacombs Site of Grace.
How to navigate the repeating rooms
The chambers and hallways resemble one another, and one chamber looks like the boss-room layout found in other catacombs. That resemblance is not a reliable indication that you are near the exit or boss. Keep track of your turns and use a map with item and boss markers if you want a precise room-by-room route; the available location and walkthrough descriptions do not establish one.
Loot checklist
Location and walkthrough lists name the following items. Their exact room placements are not established, and the two lists do not match completely.
- Golden Rune (11)
- Grave Violet
- Sacramental Bud
- Ghost Glovewort (6), Ghost Glovewort (8), and Ghost Glovewort (9)
- Grave Glovewort (8) and Grave Glovewort (9)
- Shadow Bait
- Crucible Scale Talisman
- Haligdrake Talisman +1
- Lord of Blood’s Exultation
Use this as a collection checklist rather than assuming each item appears in a particular room. The lists overlap on several items but do not provide a verified item-by-item map.
Boss location and reward
The listed boss is Esgar, Priest of Blood, accompanied by two bloodthirsty hounds. Esgar is associated with the Lord of Blood’s Exultation talisman, also included in the dungeon’s notable loot lists.

If you are prioritizing speed, follow a verified map’s boss markers rather than trying to identify the route from similar-looking chambers. For a thorough sweep, use the checklist and consult a map that marks items; the available descriptions do not support exact room directions for either approach.
