What does the effect count?
The in-game description says, “Attack power permanently increased for each evergaol prisoner defeated.” Players commonly interpret this as one increase for each Evergaol cleared, rather than one increase for every enemy inside a multi-enemy Evergaol. That is a community-reported interpretation, not a formula confirmed in the official patch notes.

Player discussions also differ on precisely when the increase takes effect. Treat “permanently” cautiously: reports suggest it means for the duration of the expedition, but the cited official material does not define whether the bonus lasts beyond a run.
How much attack power does it add?
The official notes cited here do not give a percentage or other exact value for each clear. They also do not say whether equipping duplicate copies increases the bonus. Avoid relying on a specific number or assuming duplicates stack.

- Equip the relic before starting an expedition.
- Record a consistent damage readout against the same kind of target using the same attack and conditions.
- Clear an Evergaol, then repeat the comparison under matching conditions.
- If testing whether the effect accumulates, repeat after additional Evergaol clears and keep the other damage-affecting conditions unchanged.
This comparison can help you observe behavior in your current build, but it is not an official specification and may not resolve whether duplicate relics stack.
