The FP-regenerating talisman in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree is the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman. Find it at the base of the statue inside the Church of Benediction, in western Gravesite Plain, southeast of Prospect Town. While equipped, it restores 1 FP every 2 seconds.
Where to find the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman
- Head to the western part of Gravesite Plain.
- Use Prospect Town as a landmark. The Church of Benediction is beyond the cliffs to its southeast, at the end of a tunnel.
- Enter the church and pick up the talisman at the base of the statue of Marika.
The available location references describe the landmarks but do not establish a verified route from a specific Site of Grace or provide map coordinates. The approach is reported to have Giant Rats and a hornsent Curseblade, but their exact placement is not independently confirmed here.
What the talisman does
The Blessed Blue Dew Talisman gradually restores FP: its stated effect is 1 FP every 2 seconds, or 0.5 FP per second. That is passive recovery while the talisman is equipped, not an increase to your maximum FP or stronger flask restoration. “Mana regen” is an informal way to describe the effect; the game’s term is FP.
