An Eneba Gift Card adds stored value to an Eneba account’s wallet; it is not a general-purpose prepaid card. Before buying one, check that its currency and amount suit the recipient and that the games or other listings they want are available for their account’s region.
What can you buy with an Eneba Gift Card?
The card tops up Eneba Wallet balance for eligible purchases on the Eneba platform. The balance must first be redeemed to an Eneba account, and Eneba’s terms say it has no value outside the platform. What the recipient can buy depends on eligible Eneba listings and their availability. Eneba says digital products may have regional restrictions, and a listing marked GLOBAL can still have country exceptions. Check the exact listing and the recipient’s account country or region before purchasing; the support guidance covers digital products broadly, so it does not establish that every gift card has identical regional rules. How to redeem an Eneba Gift Card
- Sign in to the Eneba account where the balance should be added.
- Open the account menu and choose Balance.
- Select Redeem gift card, enter the code, and apply it.
This is the redemption path shown by Eneba’s gift-card storefront. Under the terms, the code is redeemed into the account balance; that redeemed balance cannot be transferred to another account. Eneba may request additional identity, card, or account verification before redemption or use.

Check the denomination, currency, and limits before buying
Eneba’s storefront lists denominations from €5 to €100 and advertises redemption caps of €100 per day and €400 per month. These are storefront details, not guarantees: availability and limits can change, and the terms reserve Eneba’s right to impose limits. Confirm the live listing and current terms at checkout. The listed euro denominations also do not establish that every currency or denomination is available in every country.

How long is an Eneba Gift Card valid?
Eneba’s Gift Card Terms and Conditions, version 1.2 amended 2022-09-01, state that an unredeemed gift card is valid for 12 months from its purchase date. The same terms say that balance funds not used within 36 months after being added to the account may be subject to an administrative fee at the amount applicable then; Eneba says it will notify the user by email before applying the fee. - No cash redemption: the terms prohibit exchanging the card for cash.
- No resale: the terms prohibit resale, and warn against buying cards from unauthorized third parties.
- Account-bound after redemption: once added to an account, the balance cannot be transferred to another Eneba account.
For a gift, the practical choice is to confirm the recipient’s account access, region, and intended purchases before buying. The formal rules are in Eneba’s terms; product amounts and storefront limits should be checked on the live gift-card listing.
