Check travel and international authorization
If you are abroad, your bank may decline a transaction that normally works at home. Why do I see two charges after a failed Minecraft checkout?

For an in-game Marketplace error
- Wait a few minutes in case the service or sign-in session is temporarily unavailable.
- Verify that the device has a stable internet connection.
- Clear the Minecraft Marketplace cache using the game’s cache-clearing option.
- Update Minecraft to the latest version available for the device.
- Confirm that Minecraft is signed in to the intended Microsoft account.
