Where to get Alexandrian Ore
Square Enix’s Eorzea Database entry lists Alexandrian Ore as a level-100 gathering item found at Leynode Aero in Living Memory, at coordinates X:10, Y:15. The entry requires the Tome of Geological Folklore – Alexandria; it lists the tome as available from a scrip exchange for 1,600 purple scrips.
- Unlock the Tome of Geological Folklore – Alexandria at a scrip exchange for 1,600 purple scrips.
- Use a level-100 gatherer and travel to Living Memory.
- Go to Leynode Aero at X:10, Y:15 during one of the listed availability windows.
What time does Alexandrian Ore spawn?
The Lodestone entry lists Leynode Aero’s availability as 6:00–8:00 a.m. and 6:00–8:00 p.m. ET. ET is the time-zone label used by the database; it is not necessarily your local time. Check the timing in-game against your own time convention before planning a gathering session.
What Alexandrian Ore is used for
Alexandrian Ore is an in-game stone item. Its official item description calls it “A decent-sized piece of rock containing metal composites unique to Alexandria.”

Square Enix’s Patch 7.1 Notes list four Alexandrian Ore as a material for one Alexandrian Plate. The Lodestone recipe entry identifies Alexandrian Plate as a level-100 Master Armorer XI recipe.
Recipes that use Alexandrian Plate
The Patch 7.1 notes list Alexandrian Plate in ingredients for Everseeker’s Alembic, Everseeker’s Bomb Frypan, and Everseeker’s Goggles of Gathering. The plate therefore serves as an intermediate crafting material as well as a finished recipe.

- Use the ET windows shown in the Lodestone entry as a reference, and confirm the corresponding time in-game.
- Recipe details can change with patches. The Alexandrian Plate recipe entry displayed Patch 7.56 when retrieved on October 8, 2026.
