What EA’s guidance does—and does not—confirm
EA’s FIFA 22 launch notice said EA Play members received a 10-hour trial beginning September 22, 2021, and listed seasonal FUT boosts, VOLTA coins and apparel, and monthly FUT stadium customization items as member benefits. - Check when it was expected. EA says some packs, players, and other content can take up to 24 hours to appear. If that period has not passed, wait before treating the item as missing. EA’s missing content guidance
- Look in both FUT locations. In FUT, open My Team → Item Binder, then check Unopened Packs. EA specifically recommends checking these locations for missing content. EA’s missing content guidance
- Verify the membership and platform. Confirm EA Play is active on the same platform on which you played FIFA 22. A membership on a different platform does not satisfy EA’s check for the platform in use. EA’s missing content guidance
- Check whether EA’s tool offers an account remedy. EA’s Missing Content Tool can check eligibility for a grant or replacement for missing in-game content, points, or a FUT Draft disconnect token. Why recovery is uncertain now
EA removed FIFA 22 from the EA Play Play List on June 30, 2024, and retired its online services and features on November 4, 2024. Those dates make this a historical entitlement issue rather than a current reward-delivery problem; the public information does not establish whether an individual account can still receive or recover the pack.
