When FIFA 22 Title Update 3 released
The rollout dates recorded in the update archive were November 3, 2021, for PC and November 9, 2021, for Stadia, PlayStation and Xbox. FIFA 22 was released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Stadia, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

FIFA 22 Title Update 3 download size
A contemporaneous November 2021 report from FifaUltimateTeam.it – UK listed the PS5 download as 1.2 GB and the PS4 download as 2.3 GB. Its Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One entries were unverified, so no reliable Xbox size is established by that report.

Career Mode
The update added a Training Hub shortcut for switching team sheets. In Player Career, transferred pros with an overall rating of 86 or higher would enter the starting XI immediately.

VGC reported at the time that the underlying progression-loss issue had not yet been fixed. Putting Save and Quit first gave players a way to choose a save slot manually; this was a mitigation, not confirmation that the underlying problem was resolved.

VOLTA
VOLTA received two VOLTA ARCADE party games, a shortcut to deallocate all Skill Tree points and an audio cue to identify a new party-game leader. The patch notes indicated that some additions would become available only after a server update.
Ultimate Team
On PS5, the update addressed instances in Division Rivals where matchmaking displayed an initializing message and failed to find a match. The notes said EA would continue monitoring the issue.

Presentation and general updates
Presentation changes included updates to some badges, commentary lines, kits, banners, flags, broadcast packages, stadia, pre-match scenes and tifos. The update also revised 31 starheads and added one; starhead availability required a server update. Other fixes covered typos and UI or text formatting.
