What is included in the Steam demo?
Steam lists the demo’s release date as August 19, 2024. It covers the game’s opening section, followed by Eikonic Challenge, a separate mode made for the demo. The opening gives you story and gameplay from the start of the adventure; Eikonic Challenge is an additional combat-focused trial, not a continuation of the opening save. Steam’s listing describes the demo and its relationship to the full game.

Does demo progress carry over?
Save data from the demo’s opening section can transfer to the full game. Eikonic Challenge does not support saving or loading, and its data cannot transfer. If you want to continue a demo playthrough after buying the game, use the opening section rather than treating the challenge mode as the transferable save.
