Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 ended on November 2, 2024, according to a contemporaneous report. Its Battle Pass and limited-time tasks are no longer available to progress. This retrospective checklist explains what players needed to finish before the season ended—and what options remain if you missed a pass item.

When did Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 end?

Chapter 5 Season 4 reportedly ended on November 2, 2024, according to Meristation’s report. That date is historical, not an upcoming deadline. For a live season, Epic says to check the Battle Pass tab in Fortnite or the Battle Pass page; those sources display the season’s end date, which can change. See Epic Games Player Support.

What players needed to check before the season ended

This is a partial checklist, not a complete archive of every Chapter 5 Season 4 quest or reward condition. The available official sources document Battle Pass progression and one limited-time activity, but not every task from the season.

  • Review unclaimed Battle Pass rewards. Epic says rewards are earned through XP. Some rewards require reaching a level threshold, and some must be claimed before later rewards become available. Check the pass for locked rewards and their requirements while it is active. Epic’s Battle Pass guidance explains the rules.
  • Complete eligible limited-time tasks before their deadlines. Epic announced Champions Road quests running August 21 through September 29, 2024, with objectives that included tournament-specific tasks. Those dates have passed, so the quests are not still completable. Details are in Epic’s Champions Road announcement.
  • Use the in-game Battle Pass tab to confirm the actual season deadline. A date in an older article or post is not a substitute for the live deadline; Epic notes that dates can change. Check Epic’s guidance.

Can you still get Chapter 5 Season 4 Battle Pass rewards?

No. Epic Games Player Support states, “It is not possible to purchase Passes for seasons that have ended.” The Chapter 5 Season 4 pass has ended, so it cannot now be purchased or progressed. See Epic’s support answer.

Could an individual pass item return?

Possibly, but there is no guarantee. Epic says some items from passes beginning with Chapter 5 Season 4 might appear in the Item Shop at least 18 months after the pass expires; it does not promise that any particular item will return. Check the current in-game Item Shop for availability rather than assuming an item is coming back. See Epic’s pass guidance and Epic’s Item Shop policy.
