The official Forza list search result observed in 2026 reports the same core list across platforms and one additional PlayStation trophy, but the opened official page was unavailable for a full entry-by-entry check. Treat the numbers below as reported totals and confirm the live list on your platform.

The 165 PlayStation figure comes from a PlayStationTrophies.org search result observed in 2026; it is secondary corroboration, not the authoritative source for trophy names or conditions. The current official Forza result reports 164 achievements and the extra PlayStation completion trophy, but the complete PS5 itemization has not been independently checked.
Why the list is larger than it was at launch
Forza’s October 4, 2021 launch post said the game began with 53 achievements worth 1,000 Gamerscore. Those launch achievements covered campaign progression, races and outposts, stories, online events, photography, PR stunts, road discovery, Bonus Boards, seasonal activities, and collectibles. Later updates expanded the list.

October 2022: Horizon Origins and Midnight Battles
Forza’s October 5, 2022 anniversary article announced eight achievements for Xbox and Steam. The listed requirements show the kind of update content that can enter a completion checklist:
- Welcome to Mexico 2.0: complete the Welcome to Mexico chapter of Horizon Origins.
- Smash Happy: smash all four Horizon Origins Bonus Boards.
- Blast From the Past: complete all Horizon Origins chapters.
- Memory Lane: earn three stars in every Horizon Origins chapter.
- I’ll Just Take This Now: win a first Midnight Battle.
- Nighthawk: win every Midnight Battle.
- Made in Mexico: complete all Made in Mexico story chapters.
- V.U.H.L: earn three stars in those Made in Mexico chapters.
These examples are not a complete current list. The present total also reflects later content: Forza’s current list search result attributes the 164-achievement total to Horizon Realms, added in April 2025.

What kinds of tasks should you expect?
The launch list and later update examples point to a broad mix rather than a purely race-win checklist. Depending on the platform and content you own, achievement or trophy requirements can involve:
- Progressing through Horizon Adventure and unlocking campaign destinations.
- Completing races, stories, stunts, exploration objectives, collectibles, and seasonal playlist activities.
- Taking photographs or engaging with community-created content such as EventLab.
- Participating in online activities, including Horizon Tour or Horizon Open.
- Completing update-specific chapters, boards, or events, such as Horizon Origins and Midnight Battles.
Forza’s Alan Walsh described the launch achievements as encouraging both campaign play and social participation: “Many are tied to our new free-form Horizon Adventure campaign mode; others encourage you to be more social by participating in online events and engaging with the Forza community.” That is useful for planning, but it does not establish that every current achievement requires an online connection.

How to use the list without missing DLC or platform requirements
- Open the achievement or trophy list for your platform. Use the Xbox, Windows, Steam, or PlayStation interface associated with the version you play, and compare the displayed total with the reported scope above.
- Separate base-game entries from add-on entries. The reported no-DLC Xbox/Windows/Steam total is 109 achievements worth 2,015 Gamerscore. The larger 164 / 3,000 total includes DLC; the exact current per-pack breakdown is not established here.
- Flag multiplayer and community requirements. Check each entry’s wording for online races, Horizon Tour, Horizon Open, EventLab, or other community activity before planning a solo-only run.
- Group repeatable progression with skill checks. Complete story chapters and collectibles while exploring, then return to starred chapter goals, PR stunts, or competitive wins that require a particular result.
- Check seasonal and update-specific conditions in the live game. Seasonal playlist tasks and later update content may depend on what is currently available in-game, so do not assume a launch-era checklist covers the full list.
