Stellar Blade update versions and shared fixes
The June 18 patch report lists different version numbers by platform: PS5 received version 1.011.003, while the PC version was 1.1.2. The report describes these fixes as shared across the platforms:

- Gigas and Retribution: Fixed an issue that could leave EVE stuck in a wall after using Retribution on Gigas in the Wasteland or Boss Challenge at certain locations.
- NIKKE CD-key: Improved the distinction between the number “0” and uppercase letter “O.”
- Xion interactions: Fixed NPC interactions that were not functioning properly.
- Other fixes: The notes also list additional bug fixes without detailing them.
PS5-specific fix in version 1.011.003
The PS5 notes list one platform-specific correction: a specific skill visual effect used by Scarlet was not displaying properly, and the update fixed the issue.
PC-specific fixes in version 1.1.2
The PC notes list fixes for the following issues:
- Monster behavior: Monsters could intermittently fail to recognize EVE or stop attacking her, potentially blocking progression.
- Photo Mode: Screenshots were not saving on some PCs.
- AZERTY input: Keyboard input problems affected settings sliders and moving logos in Photo Mode.
- Achievement syncing: Achievements earned on PC could fail to sync to PlayStation trophies when the game was linked with PSN.
- Controller lock-on: “Switch Lock-on Target” did not work properly above 120 FPS.
- Launch issue: The patch addressed a launch problem affecting users with certain graphics cards; the report does not identify the affected models.
What the patch notes do—and do not—establish
The listed corrections cover specific bugs, including a progression-blocking behavior issue on PC. They do not quantify overall performance, stability, or improvement magnitude, so the notes are not evidence of a general performance boost.

PlayStation said in a May 15, 2025 announcement that additional content released with the PC version would also be available on PS5 through a free patch. That is broader release context, not a claim that every change in the June 18 notes applied to both platforms: the June patch list separates shared fixes from PS5- and PC-specific fixes.
