On January 14, 2026, PC Gamer reported that an in-game pop-up in Forza Horizon 5 appeared to advertise a May 19 launch for Forza Horizon 6, Premium Edition early access on May 15, and an exclusive Ferrari J50 preorder bonus. The image had been shared by X account XBOXF10. PC Gamer said it could not reproduce the pop-up; it also noted Polygon, The Verge, and Xbox Era had been unable to trigger it.
