For most Windows players who want downloadable games, PC Game Pass is the strongest all-purpose starting point: Microsoft says it includes hundreds of PC titles and new games on day one. It is not the universal answer. Xbox Cloud Gaming
Xbox describes cloud gaming as included with Essential, Premium and Ultimate tiers, with support for a variety of game controllers. The service is available only in supported countries. The available games, resolution, queue behavior and device support can vary by tier and market, so confirm the offer shown for your account rather than relying on a US description.
GeForce NOW
NVIDIA positions GeForce NOW as remote hardware for games connected from supported PC stores. Its current games page advertises more than 4,000 games in the cloud ecosystem, but that figure does not mean every title is included with the subscription. You generally need to own or otherwise access a supported game in Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect or PC Game Pass, then link that account and launch the game through GeForce NOW.
This model is useful if you already own a PC library and want to stream it on a low-powered computer. It is not equivalent to a catalog subscription that grants universal access to every game shown in the service’s launcher.
Amazon Luna
Amazon Luna Standard is described as a curated streamed library with GameNight, claimable PC games and streaming for purchased games. Amazon says Luna Standard is included with Prime in supported markets, while Luna Premium is a paid upgrade. Amazon’s UK overview lists Luna Premium at £8.99 per month; that is a UK figure and should not be generalized to other countries.

Cloud benefits are not global. Xbox Cloud Gaming and Luna publish country limitations, and Luna may offer claimable games in a country without offering the same full streaming catalog. Choose a locally supported service rather than assuming a VPN will provide a reliable or permitted solution.

Two subscriptions seem to contain the same games
Compare the exact catalog and edition, not just the publisher name. Game Pass can overlap with Ubisoft content and other benefits can vary by tier, so cancel or skip the duplicate plan unless it adds releases, trials or discounts you will actually use.
Is PlayStation Plus Premium useful for PC players?
