Gears of War: Reloaded has 56 achievements on Steam. A PlayStation trophy tracker reports 57 PS5 trophies, but its individual entries could not be verified here; check the trophy list on your console rather than assuming the Steam requirements apply. This guide transcribes Steam’s full achievement list and groups the unlocks by what you need to do.
How many achievements and trophies are in Gears of War: Reloaded?
Steam’s live achievement page lists 56 achievements, with the names and requirements below: Steam Global Achievements. PlayStationTrophies.org reports 57 trophies for PS5, but its detail page was inaccessible when checked on October 8, 2026, so that count does not verify individual trophy names or unlock conditions: PlayStationTrophies.org’s Reloaded trophy listing.
The game launched August 26, 2025, on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC, Xbox Cloud Gaming, PlayStation 5, and Steam, according to Xbox Wire. The achievement table below is specifically Steam’s listing, not a verified verbatim list for other platforms.

The descriptions specify the four difficulty clears, but do not establish whether completing a higher difficulty also unlocks lower-difficulty achievements. Confirm unlock behavior in your current game before planning a single-run route.
COG tags, reloading, and other campaign tasks

Xbox Wire describes the campaign as two-player co-op. For the RAAM achievement, both players must meet the listed Insane and not-DBNO conditions.

How to plan for 100% completion
Track story chapters and collectibles as you play
Many story achievements are tied to named chapter events, rather than only the end of an act. Keep an eye on the chapter-specific entries as you progress, and track COG tags toward the listed thresholds of 11, 22, and all 33. Steam’s descriptions identify the target counts but do not provide tag locations.
Set up co-op before attempting its milestones
Xbox Wire confirms two-player campaign co-op, and Steam lists chapter, full-campaign, and Insane RAAM co-op achievements. Xbox Wire also says the game supports cross-platform play and cross-progression; a Microsoft account enables cross-platform invitations and progression. Budget for substantial Versus play
The Versus requirements span match wins, maps and game types, weapon kills, teammate revives, spot assists that end in kills, and ring-mode objectives. The largest stated kill target is 10,000 Versus kills. Xbox Wire describes Versus multiplayer for up to eight players, but neither its announcement nor the Steam unlock text establishes current matchmaking availability or a completion time.
Verify the list on your platform
Use Steam’s page for the exact Steam unlock descriptions. On PS5, consult the console’s trophy list for the individual entries; the reported count alone is not enough to establish whether names or criteria match Steam. The same caution applies to assuming unlock stacking across difficulty clears: the achievement text states the targets, not how the game awards them.
