The broad GTA Online weekly update matching May 23 is Rockstar’s May 23, 2019 announcement. It added the Missile Base Series, double-reward activities, a GTA$250,000 Executive Office bonus, discounts and scheduled Premium Races. These were limited-time offers; the advertised event bonuses ran through May 29, 2019. Rockstar also published a separate May 23 weekly update in 2024, so the year matters.

There was also a distinct Rockstar post on May 23, 2024, focused on a Dewbauchee vehicle showcase. Its listed offers included triple rewards for Juggernaut and G’s Caches, plus 3X GTA$ and RP in the Community Series. Those details belong to the 2024 update, not the 2019 event. See Rockstar’s May 23, 2024 announcement.

Other double-reward activities
Through May 29, 2019, the announcement also offered double rewards for Smuggler’s Sell Missions, Juggernaut and Rhino Hunt. This promotion window has ended; the announcement does not establish that these bonuses are available now.
Executive Office bonus
Executive Office owners were offered a GTA$250,000 bonus, including players who acquired an office during that week. Rockstar described it as an in-game bonus, not a cash payment outside GTA Online.

The update listed discounts of up to 40% on properties, renovations, vehicles and other items. Examples at 40% off included Hangars, Bunkers, the Mobile Operations Center and the Benefactor Terrorbyte. Some vehicles were listed at 30% or 35% off. The headline also promoted 25% off crates. These were dated promotional prices, not current discounts.
