Gourmet Life records the recipes you have cooked in Heartopia. The list below gathers dishes and event entries documented by the currently available fan-maintained indexes, but it is not guaranteed to include every recipe: Heartopia Guide says its index covers recipes currently known and may grow as more are discovered. Some dishes also require higher Cooking levels or a time-limited event.
How to use this Heartopia recipe list
Use the list as a checklist of documented recipes, then compare it with your in-game Gourmet Life collection to see what you are missing. A public index is a useful reference, not proof that a dish is currently obtainable or that the list is complete.
Heartopia Wiki’s collection guide reported 98 recipes when it was published on March 19, 2026. Treat that as a dated count, not a current total: updates and seasonal entries can change what appears in the collection. Heartopia Wiki’s Collection Completion Guide
The recipe index separates standard dishes from higher-level unlocks and seasonal entries. Its categories are useful because a dish can be absent from your collection either because you have not cooked it or because you have not met its unlock conditions. Known standard recipes
The index’s standard list includes the following dishes. It does not establish that every entry is available to every player immediately.
- Salads, jams, and sides: salads, jams, fish and chips, grilled mushrooms, and onsen egg.
- Baked goods and sweets: cheesecake, roll cakes, mushroom pies, apple pie, carrot cake, and tiramisu.
- Café and rice dishes: coffee, café latte, and seafood risotto.
- Main dishes and meals: pizza, country stew, truffle cream pasta, corn potage, seafood platter, camping set, British afternoon tea, meat burger, shrimp appetizer, eggplant with minced meat, candlelight dinner, and steamed crab variants.
Cooking-level and other unlocks
Heartopia Guide lists additional recipes under Cooking Levels 11, 12, and 13, as well as entries it labels as not yet unlocked. Those labels indicate that access depends on game progression or another unlock; they should not be read as a claim that all players can cook these recipes now. Check the index’s unlock notes for the specific recipe you are pursuing. Heartopia Guide’s recipe index

Cooking progression is also tied to gathering ingredients. A February 2026 cooking guide describes leveling the Cooking hobby and obtaining recipes from Massimo, while noting that gardening and fishing may be needed to supply ingredients. Its own recipe list was still being expanded and excluded limited-time event recipes, so it is background on progression rather than a complete inventory. Cooking recipes in Heartopia
Dreamlight Cinematics recipes
The index groups these as event-related recipes, including popcorn buckets, salsa wave chips, lettuce tacos with ingredient variants, spring fruit tea variants, and movie sets. Because variants may be listed separately, check the ingredient wording against the collection entry rather than assuming one cooked version covers every entry. Heartopia Guide’s recipe index

Winter Forest Season recipes
The Winter Forest Season group includes iced cup coffee, iced café latte, radish meat, radish cream potage, several fruit versions of sugar pancakes, and Aurora Dinner. These are seasonal entries in the index; it does not establish that they remain cookable outside their event window. Heartopia Guide’s recipe index
Echo of Ancients festival recipes and substitutions
A separate Echo of Ancients guide documents a festival recipe set: a Simple Clay Stove recipe unlocked through a free Festival Pack, starter recipes and festival ingredients obtained from Massimo, Prickly Pear juice variations, grilled meat variants, fish soups using different Garfish, and a Primitive Feast Combo. It also says valid fruit, vegetable, or fish substitutions can count as distinct Gourmet Life entries. Cook each documented variant if you are trying to complete the event portion of the collection. The guide was dated August 31, 2026. It gives the main event window as August 29, 2026 at 6:00 AM through October 10, 2026 at 5:59 AM server time, and says Time Limited Exhibition Passes remained usable until October 17, 2026 at 5:59 AM server time. Those stated dates have passed as of October 8, 2026 only for the October 10 and 17 endpoints? No: October 8 is before them, so the stated main event is still within its documented window on this article’s date. Event availability is volatile and server-time based; confirm the in-game notice for your server before relying on access or planning a recipe run. Echo of Ancients Festival guide

Why a list may not match your collection
- It may be incomplete: the index says it lists recipes currently known and will add more as they are discovered.
- Your progression may differ: some entries are associated with Cooking Levels 11–13 or other unlock conditions.
- Some entries are event-limited: event timing can determine whether a recipe is still cookable.
- Variants can be separate entries: at least some event ingredient swaps count as distinct Gourmet Life recipes.
