Helldivers 2’s Killzone crossover is available as a Legendary Warbond. Arrowhead announced its return for December 18, 2025; PlayStation’s current updates page lists it as available. The old Super Store rotation is no longer the access method: players unlock the Warbond for 1,500 Super Credits, then redeem its items with medals earned through play.
How to get the Killzone Warbond
The Legendary Warbond costs 1,500 Super Credits to unlock. Super Credits can be found in-game or purchased separately, and the included items are redeemed with medals earned as you play. A Premium Warbond token cannot be used for this one. Arrowhead’s December 11, 2025 announcement set the return for December 18 at 7 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. GMT / 3 p.m. CET.

Warbonds are not time-limited once purchased, according to PlayStation’s Helldivers 2 updates page, which lists the Killzone Legendary Warbond as available. That means the historical launch date is not a deadline to buy it.
Who pays the 1,500 Super Credits?

Both routes require the base game and game progression; regional limitations apply. The earlier gift alone does not qualify for the free Warbond unlock. These eligibility terms come from Arrowhead’s return announcement.

What the Warbond includes
The crossover’s announced equipment includes three weapons, two armor sets with matching capes, and the Acclimated armor passive:
- StA-52 Assault Rifle: a high-capacity drum-magazine assault rifle.
- StA-11 SMG: an SMG with a helical-feed magazine.
- PLAS-39 Accelerator rifle: a high-precision burst-fire rifle that charges before firing.
- AC-1 Dutiful: heavy armor, paired with the “The Strength in Our Arms” cape.
- AC-2 Obedient: light armor, paired with the “Defender of Our Dream” cape.
- Acclimated: 50% resistance to fire, gas, acid, and electrical damage.
Other listed rewards are the “Defender of Our Dream” and “Strength in Our Arms” player cards, the Assault Infantry player title, and Extrasolar Ash patterns for Exosuits, FRV, Hellpods, and Pelicans. The names and descriptions are from the official announcement.

Which platforms, and what is being sold?
Xbox Wire reported the Legendary Warbond’s arrival on Xbox Series X|S. PlayStation lists Helldivers 2 for PS5 and PC and lists the Warbond on its updates page. Xbox Wire’s December 17, 2025 coverage also explains the Super Credit and medal unlock flow.
The crossover is digital in-game content, not a boxed DLC product. You need the base game to use it; PlayStation’s listing identifies the game for PS5 and PC. The cited announcements do not establish whether a physical retail edition is currently available.

Arrowhead Community Manager Mitchell Ayre described the return this way: “Helldivers 2 x Killzone is back and this time, it’s back for good!” The concrete availability terms are that the Legendary Warbond is currently listed as available and Warbonds are not time-limited once purchased.
