What the account link carries into the game
WB Games lists the Beaked Skull Mask and House Fan-atic School Robe as in-game rewards. The link also brings your sorted Hogwarts House into the game as the default and carries over your wand identity. Your Patronus does not transfer. The official Hogwarts Legacy account-link page describes the House and wand connection and offers the digital wallpaper.
You can change the linked House during the in-game ceremony, before the ceremony ends. The robe appearance corresponds to your sorted House; you cannot equip or mix appearances for other Houses.

Where to find and equip the rewards
The cosmetics should be available on your first day at Hogwarts, once you have completed the introduction and reached the Field Guide and Gear screen. They are appearance options, not gear with gameplay benefits.
-
Open Pause Menu > Gear.

For the House Fan-atic School Robe, choose Change Appearance for Cloaks and Robes.
