Amphoreus is a setting and story saga in Honkai: Star Rail, but the available official sources do not establish a complete list of every character connected to it. The clearest confirmed playable character in the cited announcement is Cyrene: HoYoverse identified her as a 5-star Ice-Type character on the Path of Remembrance for Version 3.7. That announcement also described Version 3.7 as the conclusion of the Amphoreus saga.
Who are the Amphoreus characters?
HoYoverse’s official character page includes Amphoreus character material, but the sources available here do not verify a complete roster of everyone associated with the setting. That matters because “Amphoreus characters” can mean either people who appear in the story or characters who can be obtained and used as playable units; those are not necessarily the same group.

For an exhaustive current list, check the official character page or the in-game roster and decide whether your list includes story-only characters as well as playable ones. The official announcement cited below confirms Cyrene’s announced playable status, but it does not enumerate the full cast.

Which Amphoreus character is confirmed playable?
Cyrene
In its October 24, 2025 Version 3.7 announcement, HoYoverse identified Cyrene as “a 5-star Ice-Type character on the Path of Remembrance.” This is the publisher’s official character description; it does not by itself establish her current banner availability or provide a full list of Amphoreus playable units.
The announcement said Version 3.7 was scheduled for November 5, 2025, and described the update as bringing the “perfect conclusion” to the Amphoreus saga. This confirms the saga’s stated endpoint in that update, not a complete roster of its characters.

Does this include every story character or current playable unit?
No complete enumeration of either the full story cast or all playable Amphoreus characters is established by the cited official material. The Version 3.7 announcement dates from October 24, 2025, so it also does not verify which characters are currently available on banners as of October 8, 2026. Treat Cyrene’s announced type and Path as confirmed facts, and verify any broader roster against the current official character page or in-game information.
