To set up a KONAMI ID, open My KONAMI and choose 新規登録 (new registration). Registration is free according to KONAMI’s Japanese support page. If you need the account for a particular game, you may also need to link it from that game’s own menu after registering.
How do I create a KONAMI ID?
- Go to My KONAMI and select 新規登録 (new registration). KONAMI’s Japanese support page describes registering this way as free: What is a KONAMI ID?
- Follow the registration form shown for your location. KONAMI’s privacy notice names email address, date of birth and profile name as information relevant to registration and recovery, but does not establish that every item is required in every region. Use the fields and instructions in the current form rather than assuming every region has an identical signup process.
- Keep access to the email address you register. It may be relevant if you later need to recover account details.
How do I link a KONAMI ID to a game?
Creating the account and linking it to a game can be separate steps. Check the instructions for your exact title; the menus are not necessarily the same across Konami games.
Example: the documented mobile-game flow
In one KONAMI support example, the path is HOME > Menu > DATA TRANSFER > Link KONAMI ID. The game opens a browser where you can register or sign in. After the process succeeds, the game’s button changes to KONAMI ID Linked. Where can I get account help or recover game data?
For KONAMI ID questions, open KONAMI’s support FAQ and select the relevant region and platform before searching. If the FAQ does not resolve the issue, use its CONTACT US option to contact the KONAMI ID team: I have a question about KONAMI ID.

For data stored inside an application, use that application’s own support form or transfer function. KONAMI says its general inquiry route cannot recover application data; users who created an ID inside an app and forgot its details may need the in-app inquiry or transfer route: KONAMI ID inquiry.
