That is the published storage requirement—not a confirmed current download size or an exact guarantee of how much space every installation will use.
What Warzone’s official PC requirements say
The official Call of Duty: Warzone PC requirements list “STORAGE 125GB” under both the minimum and recommended specifications. The page also lists Windows 10 64-bit as the minimum operating system and shows PC options including Battle.net, Steam, and Game Pass. Warzone is labeled free to play.
The page’s surfaced store context refers to Season 01 and Modern Warfare III. It does not identify the 125 GB figure as a newly dated 2026 update, so treat it as the storage requirement currently listed on the official page, not a fresh patch-specific measurement.
Does that mean the download or installed game is exactly 125 GB?
No. The official page labels 125 GB as a storage requirement; it does not give a current launcher-specific download size or confirm an exact installed footprint. Updates and the content selected for installation can affect how much space the game uses, and a single current size for every launcher or region is not established here.

If you are installing now, check the space estimate shown by your chosen launcher before starting. That is more useful for planning the immediate download than treating the published requirement as an exact download-size figure.
How much space should you plan for?
Use the official 125 GB requirement as the published planning figure, then follow the installer’s current estimate for your selected platform. The 125 GB listing appears in both minimum and recommended requirements; it is not a separate size for each specification tier.

Not necessarily. Storage figures for Black Ops 6 or Modern Warfare 4 refer to those separate games and do not establish Warzone’s current standalone download or installed size. The official Warzone PC requirements are the relevant source for its listed 125 GB storage requirement.
