Deepwoken has several different shrines, though, and their effects and limits are not all the same.
How often can you use the Shrine of Order?
The community-maintained Deep Shrines reference lists the Shrine of Order as a one-time deal per character. It averages your stats, with a reduction limit of 25 points on main stats; that reduction cap does not apply to attunement stats.
The same reference lists these requirements and cost:
- Eligibility: Power 8 or higher, with no Oath.
- Cost: 10 Knowledge.
- Use limit: Once per character.
These are the rules reported by a community-maintained reference, not a verified statement from the developers or an independently tested live-game result.

Do all Deepwoken shrines share that limit?
No. “A shrine” can refer to separate mechanics, each with its own effect and restrictions. For example, the Deep Shrines reference describes the Shrine of Blasphemy’s Power 1–16 deal as powering up three times, but says that deal can be used only once per character.
The Shrine of the Drowned is different again: it is a revival feature, not the Shrine of Order’s stat-averaging deal. Its page also describes its use as once per character, with occasional resets reported around major updates or New Year. That is not an assured schedule.

Which shrine does the question mean?
If you are asking about stat redistribution, the relevant answer is the Shrine of Order: one use per character according to the cited reference. If you mean a shrine encountered for a different effect, check its exact name before applying that limit; Deepwoken does not have one universal shrine-use rule.
