ZERO requires at least 100 GB. Steam lists 29 GB of available space for the PC version. Bandai Namco’s Japanese game page lists 38 GB (±1 GB) for a Nintendo Switch 2 configuration with update data applied. Those figures describe different platforms and measurements, not one universal requirement.
Official storage figures by platform
| Platform and configuration | Published figure | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| PC via Steam | 29 GB | Valve’s Steam listing specifies 29 GB of available space for both minimum and recommended requirements. Steam listing (2024 listing). |
| Nintendo Switch 2, with update data applied | 38 GB (±1 GB) | Bandai Namco’s Japanese game page gives this capacity for the stated configuration; it does not explain how the capacity is measured. Bandai Namco Japanese game page (accessed 2026; no publication date stated). |
The Steam figure is an available-space requirement; the Japanese page describes required maximum capacity. Because the sources use different terms and configurations, the two numbers are not a direct like-for-like comparison.

What is known about PS5 and Xbox Series X storage?
Bandai Namco announced the game for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC via Steam, and said physical preorders were offered for PS5 and Xbox Series X. Its announcement does not provide a console installation size. Bandai Namco release announcement
Consequently, the available figures do not establish a universal storage requirement across platforms. In particular, neither the Steam PC requirement nor the Switch 2 figure confirms the installation size for PS5 or Xbox Series X.
