The name refers to different characters across the series, and the official profiles reviewed do not give a numeric height for either the series generally or the Tears of the Kingdom incarnation. A community estimate puts the Breath of the Wild model at about 179.37 cm (5 ft 10.6 in), but that is not an official measurement.
Why there is no single answer
“Zelda” does not always mean the same person. Nintendo’s official Zelda Portal character profile explains that each Zelda shares the name, but the characters are often different individuals with different lives and memories. So a height for one game’s Zelda would not automatically apply to every Zelda in the series.
What Nintendo has published about Zelda’s height
The official Tears of the Kingdom character page describes Zelda as “The princess of Hyrule, wise and inquisitive,” but does not state her height. The official character material reviewed likewise provides no numeric height for Zelda. Nintendo’s developer interview describes Tears of the Kingdom as a direct sequel to Breath of the Wild, but it does not give a height for Zelda either: Ask the Developer, Vol. 9.
The Breath of the Wild fan estimate
A Reddit user estimated the Breath of the Wild Zelda character model at 179.37 cm (5 ft 10.6 in) by comparing in-game and model proportions. The estimate was posted in 2022 and is unofficial; the post itself notes uncertainty in the method: the community estimate. Treat it as one fan’s model-based calculation, not a Nintendo-published statistic or a definitive real-world height.

How to use the number
If you mean a particular Zelda, identify the game or incarnation first. For Breath of the Wild, 179.37 cm is a reported fan estimate; for Zelda across the series, no single height is established. In-game proportions and model comparisons can suggest a scale, but they do not make that scale an official measurement.
