Build Arlecchino around her Bond of Life: aim for four-piece Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy, prioritize her Normal Attack talent, and use a setup rotation that lets her absorb upgraded marks before attacking. Crimson Moon’s Semblance is a strong signature weapon, not a requirement; your team and available gear can shift the best stat and weapon choices.
How Arlecchino’s Bond of Life shapes her build
Arlecchino’s Bond of Life is central to both her damage and rotation. When it reaches at least 30% of her Max HP, her Normal Attacks become Pyro attacks. Those attacks consume Bond of Life, so she needs to build up the resource before her main damage window and manage it as she attacks. Her Elemental Burst heals her and resets her Bond of Life. That makes it useful when she needs healing or a deliberate reset, but using it also gives up some of the resource that powers her Normal Attacks. Arlecchino cannot receive healing from other characters during combat, so a teammate healer cannot directly restore her HP in that situation.
Recommended artifacts and stats
Artifact set
Four-piece Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy is the usual target. Its effect responds to Bond of Life changes, matching the way Arlecchino builds and spends the resource. Gladiator’s Finale is a practical alternative and may be the better choice if your available pieces have stronger substats. Two-piece combinations can also fill the gap while you farm a complete set.
Prydwen’s reported usage data, updated September 23, 2026, puts Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy at 80.0% among its observed artifact builds. That figure describes use among profiles connected through Enka, not a controlled comparison proving the set is best for every account.
Main stats
- Sands: ATK% is the straightforward baseline. Consider Elemental Mastery for Vaporize or Melt if your team does not already provide much EM.
- Goblet: Pyro DMG.
- Circlet: CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG, depending on which improves your overall CRIT balance.
Judge the complete build rather than choosing main stats in isolation: weapon, substats, team buffs, and reaction plan all affect the result. In particular, EM is more valuable when Arlecchino is triggering Vaporize or Melt and the team does not already supply much of it.
Weapon choices
Crimson Moon’s Semblance is Arlecchino’s signature weapon and a strong high-investment option. Its effects support Bond of Life and damage, but you do not need it to build an effective character. Strong five-star alternatives are available, and Prydwen lists White Tassel as a free-to-play option.
Prydwen’s reported weapon usage data, updated September 23, 2026, shows Crimson Moon’s Semblance on 50.8% of its observed profiles. This is a usage share from Enka-connected profiles, not a measured performance ranking or evidence that the weapon is necessary. Compare the weapons you own in the context of your team and investment; reaction teams can also change the value of EM-focused choices.

Talent priority
- Normal Attack: Prioritize this talent because her Normal Attacks are her main damage source.
- Elemental Skill: Level it after the Normal Attack; its marks help her generate Bond of Life.
- Elemental Burst: Treat it as the lower priority for damage investment. Its main practical role is healing and resetting her Bond of Life.
Practical rotation
- Use Arlecchino’s Elemental Skill to mark opponents.
- While the marks upgrade, switch to your supports and use their abilities.
- Return to Arlecchino and use a Charged Attack to absorb the upgraded marks and gain Bond of Life.
- Use her Normal Attacks as the main damage window.
- Use her Burst when healing or a deliberate reset is needed, accounting for the Bond of Life it clears.
The key is timing: do not rush straight from her Skill into her attacks. Let support abilities run while the marks upgrade, then absorb those marks before starting the Normal Attack sequence.
Team options by reaction and comfort
There is no single team that fits every roster or play style. Choose a reaction route and weigh its support effects against comfort and survivability; team composition can change both weapon rankings and how much Elemental Mastery Arlecchino wants.

Bennett can add ATK buffs, but he cannot heal Arlecchino during combat. Account for that limitation when deciding how much defensive support and risk you are comfortable with.
How to choose your build
- Starting out: Use the strongest available artifact pieces rather than waiting for a perfect four-piece set; Gladiator’s Finale or two-piece combinations can work while farming.
- Building around reactions: For Vaporize or Melt, consider EM Sands only when the team does not already supply much EM, and assess weapons with the reaction team in mind.
- Investing further: Target Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy and consider Crimson Moon’s Semblance if you have it, but prioritize the full build and team rather than treating either as mandatory.
- Staying alive: Use defensive support, avoid avoidable damage, and reserve Arlecchino’s Burst for when healing or a reset is worth spending her Bond of Life.
