While driving in The Crew 2, press C on PC or right on the D-pad on a controller to cycle the camera view. Ubisoft Support confirms that the game has multiple views inside and outside the cockpit, though it does not list every view or promise the same options for every vehicle.
Change the camera view
- Take control of a vehicle in the game.
- Press C on a keyboard, or press right on the D-pad on a controller.
- Press the input again to cycle through the available views until you find one that suits your visibility preference.
Ubisoft Support gave these inputs in a reply posted October 17, 2021, and a Ubisoft developer repeated them on October 23, 2021. The reply confirms multiple camera angles both in and out of the cockpit, but does not specify their total number, exact sequence, or whether every vehicle offers an identical selection. If the input does not work
- Check which input device is active and try its corresponding control: keyboard C or controller right on the D-pad.
- Check the game’s controls settings for the current binding. Ubisoft says PC controls can be customized, but its available overview does not establish an exact menu path or current menu labels. Ubisoft’s PC features overview
The support instruction does not provide separate PlayStation and Xbox button labels or document every controller configuration, so a remapped setup may behave differently.
Can you set the camera height or field of view?
The available Ubisoft sources confirm cycling among preset views; they do not confirm a freely adjustable camera height or a field-of-view slider. Switching views may improve visibility, but it is not evidence of a custom camera-position control.
