Change your Supercell ID email in the game: open Settings → Supercell ID → the gear icon → Change Email. You’ll need access to your current email address to enter the verification code Supercell sends there. If you can’t access that inbox, contact Supercell Support from inside the game.
Change your Supercell ID email in the game
- Make sure you can access the email address you want to use. It can be new or already in use, but it must not already be connected to a Supercell ID.
- Open the game account connected to the Supercell ID whose email you want to change.
- Go to Settings and select Supercell ID.
- Tap the gear icon to open Supercell ID settings.
- In the Settings tab, tap Change Email beside the current address.
- If you can access the current email, choose Yes.
- Enter the verification code sent to that address and follow the prompts to complete the change.
Supercell says there is no limit to how many times you can change your Supercell ID email. See its official email-change instructions.

If you can’t access your current email
Contact support from inside the game:
- Open the game and go to Settings → Help and Info.
- Tap the menu icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Leave a message and explain that you can’t access the current Supercell ID email.
Supercell says it may disable email changes for accounts it considers unsecured; verification codes may not be available for those accounts. Use the Supercell ID email-change support page for its guidance.
If the change fails or the code doesn’t arrive
- Check the replacement address: It must not already be linked to a Supercell ID.
- Try another address if it is rejected: Supercell says some email domains are unsupported. Its Supercell ID overview recommends trying another email address.
- Consider account security restrictions: Supercell may disable email changes or code delivery for accounts it considers unsecured.
Menu labels can vary by game version or interface update. If you don’t see the same options, use the game’s Settings → Help and Info route to contact support.
