The Sims 4 Forever Friends Event ended on November 4, 2025, so its normal in-game claim window has passed. EA’s available guidance does not say that unclaimed rewards can still be claimed or will be restored. If you earned rewards before the event ended, check the Event Rewards filter in Build Mode or Create a Sim; the full list below can help you identify them.
How the claim process worked
While the Gameplay Event was active, players could open the Events Screen from the Event tab on the Main Menu or the Event icon in the upper-left of Live Mode. On that screen, selecting Claim collected available rewards; multiple available rewards could be claimed together. EA’s help guide explains the event flow at The Sims 4 Events.

Forever Friends used quests and objectives to earn Event Points; it was not a login-only event. Follow the prompts shown in the game while an event is active. EA advises hovering over quests for tips, and says a notification explains what to do next after a quest is completed.

The four-week roadmap introduced Pixel in Week 1, moved to a photo adventure in Week 2, focused on sharing the story and fixing a broken lens in Week 3, and closed with parting from Pixel and remembering the friendship in Week 4. The event page names stage examples, but does not provide a complete objective-by-objective walkthrough in its published text.
Where to find rewards you claimed
For reward objects in Build Mode or Create a Sim, use Filter Items > Special > Event Rewards. EA says these items are marked with a Plumbob icon. This filter guidance applies to those categories, not every possible reward type.

If a reward is a consumable or collectible, EA’s guidance says to claim it in Live Mode; it then appears in the Sim’s personal inventory.
EA says Gameplay Event rewards are linked to the EA Account used to earn them and remain available after reinstalling The Sims 4 when you sign back in to that same account. This retention guidance is specifically for Gameplay Event rewards.

What to do if a reward is missing
- Claim button unavailable during an active event: EA says a missing or grayed-out Claim button means you do not have enough Event Points. Complete more objectives, then check the Events Screen again.
- Reward was claimed but you cannot locate it: Check the Event Rewards filter in Build Mode or Create a Sim, or check the personal inventory in Live Mode for a consumable or collectible.
- You did not claim it before November 4, 2025: The cited EA guidance does not guarantee a late claim, rerun, or restoration. EA provides a general support contact route, but does not promise support can restore these event rewards.
The event page also promoted The Sims 4: Adventure Awaits, but does not say that expansion is required to claim Forever Friends rewards.
