To claim an Amazon Prime Gaming game, sign in at Amazon Luna’s claims page, select an available PC game, and follow the redemption instructions shown for that offer. Some games go to the Amazon Games app; others use a code, linked account, or another storefront. The route depends on the individual game, and offers can vary by country.
Claim a game from Amazon’s current offers
- Open the claims page and sign in. Go to luna.amazon.com/claims with the Amazon account eligible for the offer. Amazon Luna Help identifies this as the route for claiming downloadable PC games and notes that offers vary by country. Amazon Luna Help
- Choose a game and read its directions. Select the offer and choose Claim when prompted. Before leaving the offer, check its instructions: Amazon says each claim has directions for accessing the content, and the next step can differ by game. About Amazon’s Prime Gaming guide
- Complete the specified redemption step. Depending on the offer, you may need to redeem a code at a storefront, link an account, or use a launcher. Follow the destination and instructions displayed for that game rather than assuming every title installs through Amazon.
Where claimed games are redeemed
Amazon lists the Amazon Games app, GOG, Epic Games Store, and Legacy Games as possible destinations. These are fulfillment routes assigned by each offer, not interchangeable choices: use the one shown on the game’s claim page.

The Amazon Games app installation instructions are for Windows. Amazon provides the installer as AmazonGamesSetup.exe; use Amazon’s official support page to download it.

- Download and run AmazonGamesSetup.exe.
- Open the installed app and sign in with the Amazon account used to claim the game.
- Open your Library and find the game in the Ready to Install area.
- Select Install and follow any prompts shown by the app.

If a claimed game is missing or will not install
For a game delivered through the Amazon Games app, Amazon’s recommended first retry is to fully close and relaunch the app, then try the installation again. If the offer uses another storefront, a code, or a linked account, return to that offer’s directions and verify you followed its specified redemption route.

- Country availability: The offers shown can vary by country, so rely on the current page visible to your account.
- Redemption destination: Confirm whether the game uses Amazon Games, another named storefront, or an account-linking step before proceeding.
- Platform and requirements: The Amazon Games app flow described here is for Windows. Individual games may have their own system requirements; check the game’s listing rather than assuming one set of requirements applies to all claims.
- Offer timing and terms: Check the live offer for its availability and instructions. A past general statement about claim frequency is not a guarantee of the current schedule.
Amazon currently presents downloadable PC game claims through Luna Help, while an Amazon-published guide uses the Prime Gaming name. Follow the labels and directions shown on Amazon’s current claims page for the offer you are claiming.
